Stage H.A.C.K.I.N.G central.

Change the values in hex view as well as your normal view to be sure it saved your edit.
This goes for everything.

I'm having problems with my hacks, can someone help me with these? :
1- Azelf freezes on the CSS, might be because of the bones, not sure but what else could cause this? BTW I didn't use any PSA while playing him so there must be something either in the FitMotion or the Model.
2- Mesprit has no glitches yet. Is working perfectly. Except for items of course, but forget about that items aren't necessary.
3- Uxie has stretching problems with his bottom part of his body, his feet were also affected I think, I had this problem with Mewtwo and Lucario before and I think it was because of scaling, I should double check scales later.

I think I only need help with Uxie now. By the way can I somehow delete that fire of Charizard? Otherwise I think it looks cool but it'd be more original to delete it you know.

Has anyone ever tried... Completely removing the Shadow of your character? I tried and it worked.
Just replace your FitX00Shd or whatever with a static model, Mewtwo2000 provided that kind of model somewhere in the Stage H.A.C.K.ing thread.

I change my character's shadow with one that fits my character better.

If Azelf freezes it probably means insufficient bones. You need to have the same amount of bones as the character he's replacing.

Who's Azelf replacing?

It seems to be impossible, I think it's because of Charizard's fire.
If we can change the index of a useless bone to 20 it would help -if it is Allah's willing.-
This is the only way to fix it.
Azelf is working but something is kindof weird.
Can you help me change the bone index?

He goes over Squirtle and I added bones that he now has 51, is that what's making him freeze?

EDIT: You know what? I'd rather use some other characters to replace them with, lemme think now...
You guys suggest cause I don't wanna make anyone sad if you get what I mean.

Ness also has Articles that can be used.
Alright! Ness, Lucas, Wolf.

Ness: Azelf
Lucas: Mesprit
Wolf: Uxie

That's pretty good.

Stats of characters, these are some ideas:
Azelf: Very fast, attacks do a lot of damage with a lot of knockback, but has small shield and he is REALLY light, about 55 which is less than Jigglypuff.
Mesprit: Balanced.
Uxie: Very slow, attacks do less damage with less knockback, has huge shield and is really heavy, about 200, bowser is 120 I think.

Can the bones be more than the original bone count?

Ummm..... wouldn't it make more sense for Azelf to be the heavy one since it has the willpower to survive that long?
Willpower? I don't care about that stuff, I mean... Whatever.. Don't get me into some argument please.
Anyways, what I meant is..

I know Uxie is faster than Mesprit but it's just to make it more defensive.

Somehow, only certain animations have this glitch, mostly the ones attached to th ground... I don't know what's going on...

Maybe it has to do with something in the other section of the subactions. Let's see..

As I thought. Looks like the Slope model movement event is screwing with it's polygons.
I removed it from it's Wait animations and there is no more stretching.

Now to determine what causes the stretching when being thrown.....

I'm going to change it to 1 so the character slant responds to slopes and the polygons won't freak out.
This will take time because I have to do this for every subaction that has them.

I fixed everything in the Bonrefs, I also fixed the FS aura stuff, it now looks like a big sphere of FS flames around him, it looks epic, but I can't change it cause the HipN is 3 times bigger you see.
Everything is looking awesome, thanks man!
Now onto Azelf, I hope I don't get that glitch again.
BTW there is a way to fix the Throw and Thrown stuff right?
And why do I need it to move on a slope when he's floating? I don't think I'd use that anyways.

I haven't had the glitch happen when being thrown before, so I am just as confused as you are.

You fixed the ThrowN reference, so you shouldn't have the stretching occur when throwing.

Looks cool. Remember to move the ThrowN bone in Mesprit during the shield animations.

I'm working on Azelf on Tabuu now, I'm done with his animations till Attack13.
Most stuff is like Mesprit BTW, but I'm not planning to make much difference in animations, I want PSA changes the most.

Also, can someone send me over their copy of bone add.exe? For some reason, when I try to DL it from the original source(the Mediafire link from the boneadd YT tutorial), Norton Insight suspects a virus in it, and deletes it on the spot.



Going over DK because I can swap some of DK's "clap" based attacks to Lugia.

2 Falling/ landing done

3 Guarding is done

that about it
Excellent, keep it up.

EDIT:
Just did some stuff in the PSA, I now have three attacks done (well technically they're 7 but whatever.)
A Combo: Tail flips, no need to explain.
Dash Attack: Small explosion: Azelf makes a little explosion, damaging anyone for 11 damage, I think it can spike.
FTilt Up: Thunder Punch
FTilt: Fire Punch
FTilt Down: Ice Punch
UTilt: Mewtwo's UTilt.
Oh and being grabbed completely freezes the game... Any fixes? Please?

But how...?
I know how to fix the stretching glitch.

in PSA, go to "thrownHi" "thrownB" ect (the actions then you get thrown)
open animations flags.
make sure you UNCHECK the 2 "unknown" boxes that are already checked
save and test to throw.

success!

this method helped me with dusknoir, he stretched all over the screen then been thrown.
it DOESN'T fix the freeze while grabbing! :urg:

EDIT: Everything is fixed except freezing... Come on... Anyone?
EDITEDIT: Come on... Anyone? Maybe I should replace grabbing with FSmash in the Fighter.pac, that would help but disabling grabbing? Oh well.

You guys are a bit behind the times, aren't you? Pretty much all the glitches I've heard about for the last five pages has been fixable for a long time.

Imported Model's original bones < Normal character's bones
because the added bones aren't actually properly rigged, so using them will result in glitches, and polygon stretching.
