My Thoughts:
BEST DESIGNER:
Among these many, I felt that Chief (For his exemplar movesets of how it SHOULD be done.) SirKibble (For many interesting and unique movesets.), cheap_josh (For numerable amounts of well-done OC's.), Spadefox (For a nearly limitless supply of energy for his sets.) and myself, for how movesets SHOULD be done.
BEST OC DESIGNER:
Cheap_josh is an instant on this list. It was hard to determine who else could accompany him, but I narrowed it down to Iron Thorn, for her few but great OC's.
BEST SSE:
Oh come on, this isn't even fair.
BEST ONE HIT WONDER:
These sets came out at me from nowhere. Why can't there be more underdogs like Bitey or Donna?
MOST HELPFUL:
These guys really helped out during that spammy period when nobody was making movesets and other sh*t was happening.
FUNNIEST:
These few bring everlasting LULZ to an otherwise LUL-ly thread.
BEST RATER:
They're really the only consistent raters, but they still dish out it like fast food.
BEST COMMIE:
Not only are they the BEST Commies, they're also the most frequent visitors to this thread, allowing it life. Not to mention they're partially the life of the party.

Awww.... now that the whole "funniest designer" started, I'm kinda dissappointed I dropped my two joke movesets, The God of Roshambo and Mug, The ******** Giant, I may just do them for MYM 4....

Man oh man I knew he'd say something stupid...To clear things even more from Shadow5567, I did not attempt nor ever considered basically stealing any movesets, I had been working on Fayt for a while and Gryphon just voiced it before I did, as far as Roxas go my exact words were, "The more you talk about Roxas the more I want to do him *laughs* but I'm too busy elsewhere and you've got far more then I could handle so yea, not my probem."

However, after remembering all the drama that went on in this thread, and once again seeing all the epic victories & failures; I've decided to take this concept to the next level.

Chapter 11- Enter The Fist
Level 1- The Chosen One
Orphaned as an infant, he was raised by various rodents. Many years later, he began wandering the country side under constant attack by the Evil Council. After finding Crane School, he began training there to prepare for his long-awaited showdown with the evil Master Betty. During this final battle he found out that he was against, of all things, French aliens. With the help of his talking tongue, he eradicated the aliens and killed Betty, finally avenging his family's death.
After Betty's defeat, The Chosen One, wandered around, completely lost, and somehow winded up in the trophy land desert.
One day, his life drastically changed when he discovered that his greatest enemy was alive.
Part 1- Alone In The Desert
Playable Characters- The Chosen One
Objective- Walk through the desert. Get to an oasis.
Details-
This is a side-scrolling mission.
There aren't any traps, but there is a time limit to get to the Oasis, before The Chosen One passes out in thirst. Fortunately this limit provides plenty of time.
Enemy ninjas will pop up. They are easy to defeat and really.... really.... stupid.
After reaching the Oasis, Master Betty appears to The Chosen One.
Chosen: "You, I know you... why are you still alive?"
Betty: "I'm bionic... neeer neeer!"
Chosen: "I only like the women, but what does that have to do with anything."
Betty: "ENOUGH! I'll shake your bouncy booty. Hit it."
*Betty's radio is turned on by his assistant, it starts playing I Like Big Butts.*
At this moment, The Chosen One remembers something that his Master had once told him.
Crane Master: "Beware Betty's song about big butts... He beats you up while he plays it! *groans*"
The Chosen One had no choice but to fight.
Chosen: I need gopher chucks!
The Chosen One pulls out a rope and reaches into the ground, taking two gophers from the earth. They bite the rope and he starts swinging them around.
Part 2- The Chosen Versus Master Betty
Playable Character- The Chosen One
Opponent- Master Betty
Objective- 1 Stock Match
After being defeated by The Chosen One's powerful new technique (a kick to the crotch), an Evil Council Ship, disguised as a pyramid, rises under Betty's feet and flies away.
The Evil Council had been eradicated by The Chosen One in Kung Pow 2, but one of the ships is now under the possession of the evil Master Betty and his servants.
After drinking from the Oasis, The Chosen One decides to head for the Foxhound Base, which he can see in the distance, and seek shelter for the night.
End Chapter Cutscene- The Evil Council
As Betty's ship flies away from The Chosen One, it is suddenly taken to subspace when a bomb is fired at it.
Betty is shocked by his current predicament, but everything is cleared up to him by Tabuu's Evil Alliance.
Ashencroft walks up to Betty's ship.
Ashencroft: Who are you?
Betty: I'm Betty.... neeer neeer!!!"
Ashencroft: ..... Betty? Isn't that a woman's name?
Betty: (angrily) Is that supposed to be an insult? I should kill you.... kill you dead!"
Ashencroft: *laughing* Good... you've got anger. Now give me a reason not to kill you right now.
Betty: I'm evil.... really evil. So evil.... THAT I'M BAD! Neeer neeer!!!
Ashencroft: I can see the evil in your heart.... but everyone else here is also evil... what makes you so special? What is your greatest desire?
Betty: There is one called The Chosen One. He is good..... And he is supposed to be dead! I am responsible!
Ashencroft: Then join us. You shall meet your goal if you help us to meet ours.
Betty: This place is great..... So everyone here is one big mean evil family? I've got an idea... Let's change our name. From now on, we shall be known as The Evil Council.... neeer neeer neeer!!!
Lol that was fun.... I hope you all enjoyed this chapter as much I did. I know its short, but I had to work in these two awesome characters somehow.

And Twil, I'ld definitely vote for you for Most Improved.
Best one-hit wonder for me goes to Meadow's Bard. I know most of you will probably flame me for not voting Donna for #1, but really that was mostly unnescessary detail, while Bard was actually interesting, and sounded like a lot of fun to play. Thats really incredible for a noobie to the contest like Meadow. Donna definitely gets my second vote though.

It was supposed to be a Kung Pow ripoff..... How else can you really stay in character when you're dealing with comedy characters that appear in only 2 movies?.....

I used too, but the new one is too big to put them in. I'd say my only REAL winner would be either Baz (Page 2) or Team Big Shots (Page 20). The rest are mediocre compared to others in the contest.

I remember those days! [geezer]Back in those days, we had to walk uphill to get ter school! And then five miles uphill back! And we didn't have no Golden Hammers or customizable stage music, or "Final Destination". Our Final Destination was Mushroom Kingdom! With the POW blocks and the warp pipes and the walk-off edges... yeah.[/geezer]

You'll do great. I have a feeling that Make Your Move 4.0 will be even better than the last three combined.
I honestly can't wait for Make Your Move 4.0 to begin, I've started becoming more motivated on finishing my movesets. So far, Goombella's attacks are all finished, all I need to do is put in the extras, grabs and throws.
I'm planning to...
...create a moveset for Tippi and Blumiere as a duo, similar to how the Ice Climbers work in Make Your Move 4.0.

Question: Can submissions be made on Oct. 31 proper, or will the final day for actual submission be the 30th? I'd assume so, but I'd like to know for sure.

Octobe 31st is the deadline, so once it's not October 31st (i.e. 00:01 November 1st), you can't post anymore 'sets.
So yeah, go ahead and save stuff for the last minute. You might actually get more attention by posting right at the tail end like that...
