I'm actually quite glad to hear that. Makes sense too, seeing as there are now quite a few more powerful threats in UU than there were before. It should balance out quite nicely, or so I hope. I'd love to use Froslass in UU. That'd be quite fun. :3

I believe is was only for letting them get retested for voting. There's a new rule @ Smogon along the lines of a Pokemon being placed in the tier of it's vote if it's voted 66% or more, or if it's voted 50%+ twice in a row.

They let those 3 (Gallade, Froslass, Raikou) in for now, and once they're done I'm sure Abomnasnow, Crobat, Staraptor, and Shaymin are next. If they had released them all into UU at once...that would've been bad...

No, all of those Pokemon were over 66% for the voting.

A Pokemon will be BL/Uber if:
-Over 66% vote it BL/Uber once OR
-Over 50% vote it BL/Uber twice.

The reason those three came down is because they were over 50% but only once. They have to pass that bar again.
