I'm currently investigating bus routes to this. Looking like $160 round trip from NYC -> Atlanta, GA. 14 hour ride.

Whereas flights are looking like $217 round trip right now. 2.5 hour flight. Hmmmmmm...

Looks like I need to find cheaper bus routes somehow. Lol.

I have never gone this far via bus from NY before haha. There are no direct routes with Megabus, I might have to take like 3-4 different buses to get to GA from NYC =x I guess I'll try and figure that out now.

Busing it looks like it will be extremely convoluted and stressful (mostly on the way home), unless if I take the Chinatown bus from NYC -> Atlanta, GA for a straight $80 on the way there, $80 on the way back.

I also found an alternate route-- Amtrak (express train) from NYC -> Atlanta, GA for $134. Trip duration is 17 hours, 58 mins though haha. It's a straight shot though!
