    I didn't get that from crunches, but I do get stitches from running since my cardio sucks. When I get cramps or pull something, it's a physical deformity that resolves with straightening out: dorsiflexing foot and extending back when I pull my abs.

    Lame. That's beyond your control though. Did chest today. Flat, decline, incline, dumbell flexions for lower pec, and machine seated fly at low weight. Also did lateral dips, ab exercise w/medicine ball > pushups from the hip > crunchs (touch knees, down, touch shins, down, touch toes = 1)...
